Rental Info & Arrival Policy

• Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled rental time to complete check-in, review safety rules, and get fitted for life jackets.

• All riders must be present and ready at the time of the rental.

• Rentals begin at your scheduled time—not upon arrival—so please plan accordingly.

• A valid driver’s license is required to operate motorized watercraft.

Boarding Tips

The best way to board a personal watercraft is from the stern (back), where you'll find a flat surface. Let the stronger rider board first to avoid the awkward shuffle (and possible dunk) once you're on.

Safety First

• Life jackets are required and provided—must be worn at all times while riding.

• No passenger switching during the rental.

• Do not approach shorelines at high speed—stay at least 100 feet from docks and swimmers.

• Keep a safe distance from other riders and boats—no wake jumping or reckless behavior.

• Alcohol and drug use are strictly prohibited before or during your rental.

• No stunts or racing near others—serious injuries and damage can occur.

• All riders must maintain a minimum distance of 20 feet from all shorelines, including beaches, banks, and the dam.

• NO BEACHING.

Ride Responsibly

You’re here to have fun—but safety is serious. Please treat the watercraft with care and respect others on the lake. Failure to follow rules may result in immediate termination of your rental without refund and loss of your deposit.

Security Deposit + Fuel & Damage Policy

A $200 refundable security deposit is required for all personal watercraft rentals.
This deposit will be charged at the rental location on the day of your booking — we accept credit cards and Apple Pay.

This deposit helps cover:

• Fuel charges (fuel is not included in the rental price and will be billed at the standard rate on the day of return)

• Minor equipment damage or lost accessories (e.g., keys, life jackets, paddles)

Each watercraft leaves with a full tank of fuel. Upon return, we will refill the tank, and the fuel cost will be deducted from your deposit. If the equipment is returned in safe and undamaged condition, the remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Damage Liability

You are financially responsible for:

• Damage caused by negligence, reckless operation, or misuse

• Lost keys, flipped units, or impeller damage from riding too close to shore

• Any damage or costs that exceed the $200 deposit will be invoiced separately
